HBO has announced that Euphoria Season 3 will go back into production at the start of 2025. All the main cast is set to return, minus Barbie Ferreira whom announced her departure in 2022, and Angus Cloud who tragically passed away in 2023.
Not much is known about season 3 apart from the fact that a time jump will occur. By the time season 3 goes into production, it will be 4 years since season 2 was in production and 3 since season 2 went to air.
It has taken a while to lock down the main cast with many of the stars in some of thew biggest projects of the last 2 years. Zendaya has stayed busy with Dune part 2 and Challengers, Hunter Schafer in The Hunger Games, the Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. Jacob Elordi has starred in Priscilla and Saltburn, Sydney Sweeney in Anyone but you and Immaculate, and Alexa Demie in Fantasmas.
With many of the cast into their late 20’s and early 30’s it will be interesting to see where the story will take them.
